DISCUSSION.  
 
A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHING FROM ALBERTA BROUGHT VERY  
STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS TO MUCH OF SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN  
TODAY. SOME OF THE STRONGER WIND GUSTS WERE ASSOCIATED WITH  
THUNDERSTORMS.  
 
THERE WERE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA SHOWING POOR  
VISIBILITIES DUE TO BLOWING DUST. A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS OBSERVED JUST  
SOUTH OF LLOYDMINSTER ON THE SASKATCHEWAN SIDE. IN ADDITION, POWER  
OUTAGES ALONG WITH SOME WIND DAMAGE WERE REPORTED IN SASKATOON AND  
REGINA.
