==DISCUSSION==  
 
THROUGH WEDNESDAY, SOUTHERN QUEBEC WILL SEE A SIGNIFICANT WARMING  
TREND ALONG WITH SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL AMOUNTS.  
 
A WARM FRONT FROM THE CENTRAL UNITED STATES WILL TRACK ACROSS THE  
PROVINCE OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY RISE  
REACHING MORE THAN 10 DEGREES ON WEDNESDAY.  
 
RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 20 AND 30 MILLIMETERS ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN  
THIS EVENING AND WEDNESDAY. THE RAIN COMBINED WITH THE RUNOFF FROM  
THE SNOWMELT COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING.  
 
VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED AT TIMES IN FOG ESPECIALLY ON TUESDAY  
NIGHT.  
 
FURTHER EAST, THE FREEZING RAIN WARNING PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FOR THE  
QUEBEC CITY AREA COULD BE EXTENDED TOWARD THE SAGUENAY, THE NORTH  
SHORE, THE LOWER ST LAWRENCE AND THE GASPE PENINSULA FROM TUESDAY  
EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
