TYPE: FREEZING PRECIPITATION WARNING IN EFFECT  
DESCRIPTION: FREEZING RAIN/DRIZZLE  
VALID: 18/2100Z TO 19/1000Z (18/1600 EST TO 19/0500 EST)  
 
COMMENTS: A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHING THE GREAT LAKES FROM THE  
SOUTHWEST WILL BRING A MIX OF WINTRY CONDITIONS TO CONNAUGHT THIS  
AFTERNOON AND INTO THE OVERNIGHT. SNOW MIXED WITH ICE PELLETS CAN BE  
EXPECTED TO BEGIN EARLY THIS AFTERNOON WHICH WILL THEN SWITCH OVER  
TO FREEZING RAIN. PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH  
MOST OF THE NIGHT BEFORE CHANGING BACK OVER TO SNOW JUST BEFORE  
MORNING.
