STRONG WINDS THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.  
 
A DISTURBANCE TRACKING EASTWARD ACROSS SOUTHERN KIVALLIQ WILL BRING  
SHOWERS TO THE CHURCHILL AND YORK REGIONS TONIGHT. AS THE SYSTEM  
TRACKS INTO HUDSON BAY STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN ITS  
WAKE WEDNESDAY MORNING BRINGING FALLING TEMPERATURES ALONG WITH SOME  
SNOW. WINDS GUSTING TO 90 KM/H WILL PRODUCE BLOWING SNOW IN THE  
REGION WITH CONDITIONS GRADUALLY IMPROVING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO  
WEDNESDAY EVENING..  
 
DAMAGE TO BUILDINGS, SUCH AS TO ROOF SHINGLES AND WINDOWS, MAY  
OCCUR.
