POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE JOSE WAS CENTERED SE OF THE  
AREA NEAR 39N 67W EARLY THIS MORNING, AND WILL DRIFT W WHILE  
DISSIPATING LATER TODAY. HURRICANE MARIA IS EXPECTED TO TRACK N  
AND THEN TURN E AND NE WHILE PASSING S OF THE AREA TODAY INTO THU  
NIGHT. S TO SE SWELL FROM HURRICANE MARIA WILL IMPACT THE AREA  
THROUGHOUT THE PERIOD. REFER TO THE LATEST NATIONAL HURRICANE  
CENTER ADVISORY FOR HURRICANE MARIA. OTHERWISE, A HIGH PRES RIDGE  
WILL PERSIST INLAND JUST NW OF THE WATERS TODAY, THEN WEAKEN OVER  
NEW ENGLAND TONIGHT INTO TUE. A COLD FRONT WILL PASS SE ACROSS  
THE REGION LATE THU INTO THU NIGHT. AN AREA OF LOW PRES WILL  
APPROACH THE WATERS FROM THE W FRI AND FRI NIGHT.
