A HIGH PRESSURE AREA W AND NW OF THE AREA WILL  
PERSIST TODAY THROUGH TUE NIGHT WHILE GRADUALLY BECOMING WEAKER  
FROM SAT NIGHT THROUGH TUE. A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL EXPAND N  
ALONG THE OREGON AND WASHINGTON COASTS TODAY AND PERSIST THROUGH
