ADRIAN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 11.3 NORTH, LONGITUDE 93.8 WEST.  
THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH  
(11 KM/H) AND A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED  
OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS.  
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH (45 KM/H) WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  
SOME WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
