PACIFIC THROUGH SAT MORNING. WINDS WILL REMAIN UNDER 15 MPH OUT OF  
W TO NE DIRECTION WITH THE CHANCE OF SOME PASSING SNOW SHOWERS.  
EARLY SATURDAY, THE INFLUENCES OF A STRONG FRONT WILL START TO  
IMPACT THE AREA. WINDS WILL SHIFT OUT OF THE SOUTH AND START TO  
RAPIDLY INCREASE THROUGH EARLY SAT MORNING. PRECIPITATION WITH THE  
FRONT WILL START AS SNOW BY LATE SAT MORNING BEFORE CHANGING OVER  
TO RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BECOME MORE EASTERLY AS THEY  
REACH NEAR 55 KT SAT AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS TO 65 KT. SEAS WILL  
BUILD FROM 9 FEET SAT MORNING UP TO 26-32 FEET RANGE SAT  
AFTERNOON. THE FRONT WILL DECAY RIGHT OVER THE AREA ON SUN.
