TONIGHT AS LIGHT SNOW DEVELOPS TONIGHT AFTER MIDNIGHT. THE SAR AREA IS  
EXPECTED TO BE IN AND OUT OF CLOUD DECKS EXTENDING FROM THE SURFACE TO 500  
FEET AGL ABOVE THE SAR AREA THIS EVENING. LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP  
AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT WITH UP TO 1 INCH OF SNOW ACCUMULATION BY MORNING.  
HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SAR AREA TUESDAY MORNING WITH  
AROUND 4 INCHES EXPECTED TOMORROW AND AN ADDITIONAL 4 INCHES EXPECTED  
TUESDAY NIGHT. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TOMORROW FROM AROUND 10  
TO 20 MPH IN THE MORNING TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH DEVELOPING  
IN THE AFTERNOON. VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL BE LESS THAN ONE  
HALF MILE AT TIMES TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. SNOW AND WINDS WILL DECREASE
