NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN BIG BEND OF FLORIDA...  
 
* UNTIL 945 AM EDT.  
 
* AT 740 AM EDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING  
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. AROUND 9 INCHES OF RAIN HAS  
FALLEN JUST SOUTH OF SOPCHOPPY ALONG HIGHWAY 319. ADDITIONAL HEAVY  
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH 945 AM EDT. FLASH FLOODING IS  
EXPECTED.  
 
* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
