* PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST CENTRAL ALABAMA, INCLUDING LOWNDES,  
MONTGOMERY, MACON, RUSSELL, BARBOUR, BULLOCK, AND PIKE.  
 
 
* UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING  
 
* POCKETS OF HEAVY RAINFALL COULD DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY  
EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST CENTRAL ALABAMA. WITH  
ALREADY SATURATED GROUND CONDITIONS IN PLACE, ANY ADDITIONAL  
RAIN COULD RESULT IN LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
