* FLOOD STAGE IS 25.0 FEET.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO RISE TO NEAR FLOOD STAGE  
THURSDAY MORNING.  
* IMPACT...AGRICULTURAL LANDS ALONG THE ARKANSAS RIVER AND UP INTO THE  
FOURCHE LA FAVE BEGIN TO FLOOD. EQUIPMENT AND LIVESTOCK SHOULD BE MOVED
