PACIFIC TROUGHING WILL SLOWLY MOVE THROUGH THE REGION BEGINNING  
TODAY, INCREASING DAYTIME WINDS WITH SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF 15-25MPH  
POSSIBLE. GUSTS 25-30MPH WILL BE COMMON FOR MANY LOCALES WHILE THE  
STRONGEST GUSTS WILL FALL WEST OF THE COLORADO RIVER. WINDS WILL  
SUBSIDE BY FRIDAY, BUT MAINTAIN SOME PERIODIC BREEZINESS IN THE  
AFTERNOON AND OVER AREA RIDGETOPS. MINIMUM RHS EACH DAY WILL DROP
