HIGH PRESSURE WAS THE DOMINANT WEATHER PATTERN FOR MUCH
OF THE MONTH. HOWEVER ONE WEATHER SYSTEM DID BRING ENOUGH RAIN ON
THE 8TH AND 9TH TO END THE MONTH CLOSE TO NORMAL ON RAINFALL.
SEVERAL ADDITIONAL...BUT VERY WEAK...WEATHER SYSTEMS BROUGHT
ACCUMULATING DRIZZLE TO THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WERE VERY CLOSE TO
NORMAL THIS MONTH WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES ONLY RANGING FROM 59 TO 66.
LOW TEMPERATURES ENDED THE MONTH EXACTLY AT THE NORMAL OF 50.1
DEGREES.
