RANGE ALONG COASTAL RIDGES AND INTO THE 30 MPH RANGE ALONG THE  
COASTAL PLAINS.  
 
A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS NW CALIFORNIA LATE FRIDAY NIGHT INTO  
SATURDAY BRINGING PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS
