A LARGE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE SITUATED TO OUR NORTH WILL SLOWLY  
MOVE EAST TODAY INTO TUESDAY, PROVIDING A DRY WESTERLY FLOW ACROSS  
THE AREA FOR SUNNY DAYS AND CLEAR NIGHTS. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL  
MOSTLY STAY BETWEEN 8 AND 15 PERCENT TODAY, BUT WILL DROP BACK  
SLIGHTLY AND MOSTLY INTO SINGLE DIGITS TUESDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES  
BOTH DAYS STAY BELOW SEASONAL NORMALS, DESPITE A FEW DEGREES OF
