BREEZY TO GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE  
THROUGH THE MORNING AND INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON TODAY.  
THEREAFTER, SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BEGIN NEAR THE MCCULLOUGH  
RANGE WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT AND SHOULD PRIMARILY BE A FLASH FLOOD  
THREAT. SOME SLIGHT CHANCES EXIST FOR STORM DEVELOPMENT IN AND  
AROUND THE BOULDER BASIN AREA LATER THIS AFTERNOON, PRIMARILY  
AFTER 1-2PM PDT/MST. WITH ANY STRONG STORMS THAT FORM TODAY THERE  
WILL BE A SLIGHT RISK FOR SOME STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS WITH GUSTS TO  
30-40MPH WHICH MAY RESULT IN INCREASED WAVE HEIGHTS.
