CLOUDS AND PATCHY FOG WILL CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY MORNING. NORTHWEST  
WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN SOME OVER THE AREA WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES  
LOWERING INTO THE 30S. SKIES ARE EXPECTED TO STAY CLEAR GOING INTO  
THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE TROUGH AXIS MOVES THROUGH THE REGION. THURSDAY  
WILL BE 6 TO 8 DEGREES COOLER COMPARED TO TODAY. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO  
SHIFT FROM THE NORTH TO NORTHEAST THURSDAY NIGHT. SOME WARMING
