LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING WITH VISIBILITY OCCASIONALLY  
FALLING BELOW 1 MILE. THE CLOUDS AND FOG WILL LIFT THIS AFTERNOON.  
 
REDUCE SPEEDS AND BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR OTHER VESSELS...INCLUDING  
LARGE SHIPS IN THE SHIPPING LANES. USE RADAR OR GPS NAVIGATION IF  
AVAILABLE...AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN HARBOR IF SUCH EQUIPMENT IS
