COUNTIES. THOUGH SURF HEIGHTS WILL BE BELOW CRITERIA FOR A HAZARD  
STATEMENT THEY WILL BE HIGHER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS.  
 
PEOPLE PLANNING TO WALK OR SWIM ALONG THE COAST SHOULD CHECK  
CURRENT CONDITIONS FOR THEIR AREA PRIOR TO DOING SO AND WATCH FOR
