* TIMING...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ACROSS CENTRAL NYE AND ESMERALDA  
COUNTIES WILL INCREASE EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND GRADUALLY  
DECREASE WEDNESDAY NIGHT. STRONG WEST WINDS ACROSS NORTHERN AND  
SOUTH CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY WILL INCREASE MID-WEDNESDAY  
AFTERNOON AND GRADUALLY DECREASE LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.  
 
* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH GUSTING 40 TO 50 MPH.
