VALLEY WHERE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH WILL BE LIKELY...ALONG  
WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING DUST AND SAND. BEHIND THE  
COLD FRONT...WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST AND NORTH.  
THE FOCUS OF STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ACROSS THE INTERSTATE 5 CORRIDOR IN  
THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY MOUNTAINS...WHERE DAMAGING GUSTS BETWEEN 60 AND
