MPH. ISOLATED GUSTS TO 55 MPH BELOW THE CAJON PASS AND NEAR THE  
COASTAL FOOTHILLS OF THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS.  
 
* LOCATION...STRONGEST WINDS ALONG AND BELOW COASTAL MOUNTAIN  
SLOPES AND PASSES AND CANYONS.  
 
* HUMIDITY...LOWEST NEAR 15 PERCENT.  
 
* TIMING...STRONGEST AND MOST WIDESPREAD WINDS MIDDAY, SLOWLY  
SUBSIDING THIS EVENING.
