PATCHY MORNING FOG GAVE WAY TO MOSTLY SUNNY, WARM AND BREEZY  
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE TRI STATE AREA ON FRIDAY. A WEAK COLD FRONT  
SLOWLY MADE ITS WAY ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON, WITH  
TEMPERATURES AHEAD OF IT IN THE 70S WHILE FALLING INTO THE 60S  
BEHIND IT.  
 
OUTLOOK... A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION  
TONIGHT BRINGING A CHANCE FOR RAIN AND SNOW, AS WELL AS GUSTY  
NORTH WINDS. PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP IN EASTERN COLORADO EARLY  
THIS EVENING AND THEN MOVE INTO THE REST OF THE AREA TONIGHT. RAIN  
MAY CHANGE TO OR MIX WITH SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT, BUT LITTLE OR NO  
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. NORTH WINDS COULD GUST OVER 50 MPH AT  
TIMES AFTER MIDNIGHT. SATURDAY WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY, BREEZY AND  
COOLER WITH HIGHS IN THE 40S. TEMPERATURES WILL DIP INTO THE TEENS  
AND 20S FOR LOWS SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING, THEN WARM  
INTO THE UPPER 50S BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON. WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS  
WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY, WITH ANOTHER COOL DOWN EXPECTED ON  
TUESDAY WITH THE NEXT FRONT.
