AFTERNOON CONVECTION. SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL INCREASE ON FRIDAY  
AS AN UPPER LEVEL PACIFIC TROUGH DIGS INTO THE GREAT BASIN WHICH  
WILL KEEP HUMIDITIES LOW IN THE MID TO UPPER TEENS.
