THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING, NUMEROUS  
SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND  
MODERATE RAIN SHOWERS UNTIL ABOUT 1700, THEN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL  
DECREASE. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REDEVELOP WEDNESDAY.  
 
MONSOON MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE POURING INTO THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH  
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN CENTERED OVER NEW MEXICO  
WITH A TROUGH OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST HELP FUNNEL SUBTROPICAL MOISTURE  
INTO THE AREA.
