MAIN STEM DELAWARE RIVER DUE TO ICE HAS EASED CONSIDERABLY.  
 
FOR THE DELAWARE RIVER AT TRENTON, THE RIVER LEVEL AT 8:00 PM  
WAS 16.5 FEET AND LOWERING. FLUCTUATIONS DUE TO THE ICE REMAINS  
POSSIBLE OVER THE COMING DAYS BUT FOR THE TIME BEING, MOST, IF  
NOT ALL OF THE FLOODING HAS SUBSIDED.
