MEXICO AND MOVE EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH INTO THE WESTERN AREAS OF  
SOUTH FLORIDA INCLUDING THE NEAR-SHORE GULF WATERS. WIND GUSTS UP  
TO 40 MPH, LIGHTNING STRIKES, AND HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ACCOMPANY  
ANY STORMS THAT DO MOVE THROUGH THE AREA. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR  
HEAR THUNDER, MOVE INSIDE UNTIL THE STORMS HAVE PASSED BY.  
MARINERS CAN ALSO EXPECT HIGHER SEAS IN AND NEAR THE SHOWERS AND
