DISTURBANCE APPROACHES. WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE INTO  
SUNDAY AND MONDAY WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR SUSTAINED WINDS TO GALE  
FORCE STARTING SUNDAY AFTERNOON. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO SLOWLY
