THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...  
STRAITS OF FLORIDA FROM OCEAN REEF TO CRAIG KEY OUT 60 NM...  
 
AT 313 AM EDT, NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A  
LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS, CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS NEAR 30 KNOTS.  
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 NM  
EAST OF CARYSFORT REEF LIGHT TO 6 NM EAST OF THE ELBOW LIGHT TO NEAR  
SPIEGEL GROVE TO NEAR ISLAMORADA HUMP, MOVING EAST AT 10 KNOTS.  
 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.  
 
PREPARE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WITH WIND GUSTS NEAR 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY  
ROUGH AND CONFUSED SEAS...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND  
POTENTIALLY BLINDING DOWNPOURS.
