DRIER AIRMASS WILL RESIDE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY.  
A WEAK FRONT WILL HAVE MOVED JUST OFF TO THE SOUTH OF THE BURN AREA  
BY IGNITION TIME, WITH DRIER AIR PUSHING IN FROM THE NORTH. THIS FRONT  
WILL BE STALLED OUT JUST OFF TO THE SOUTH OF THE AREA THROUGH THE DAY.  
BOTH SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE TURNING MORE OUT OF THE  
NORTHEAST BY IGNITION TIME. RH VALUES START OFF IN THE LOWER 60  
PERCENT AREA, THEN DROP TO THE LOWER 30 PERCENT BY EARLY AFTERNOON.
