* AT 817 AM EDT, NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS ESTIMATED  
THAT 1 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHWEST  
TROUP COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE  
IN THE WARNED AREA OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. FLASH FLOODING IS  
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE
