AT 553 PM EDT, A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF  
SUMMERTON, OR 13 MILES SOUTH OF MANNING, MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.  
 
WINDS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
MANNING, HOLLY HILL, SUMMERTON, SANTEE, EUTAWVILLE AND VANCE.  
 
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM, AND MAY CAUSE  
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED  
ROADWAYS.
