DISCUSSION

BREEZY TRADE WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE
HOLDS NORTH OF THE STATE AND A WEAK DISTURBANCE PASSES TO THE SOUTH.
THE DEEP TRADE WIND FLOW WILL CARRY EMISSIONS TO THE WEST AND
SOUTHWEST OF ACTIVE FISSURES AND THE OCEAN ENTRY POINTS. MOISTURE
ASSOCIATED WITH THE DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE OVERHEAD TONIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY, LEADING TO AN INCREASE IN SHOWER ACTIVITY. ALTHOUGH THE
ATMOSPHERE WILL BE GENERALLY STABLE, THE INCREASED MOISTURE MAY LEAD
TO LOCALIZED DOWNPOURS OVER AND DOWNWIND OF THE OCEAN ENTRY AREAS
AND ACTIVE FISSURES. A DECREASE IN WINDS AND SHOWER ACTIVITY IS DUE
ON THURSDAY.
