A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE FAR NORTH OF THE STATE WILL MAINTAIN A  
TRADE WIND FLOW THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. AS THE RIDGE WEAKENS  
DURING THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEK, WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECLINE.
