A DEVELOPING LOW WILL LINGER NORTH OF THE STATE THROUGH THE  
WEEKEND. A FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOW WILL MOVE DOWN THE ISLAND  
CHAIN THROUGH SATURDAY, WITH THE FRONT STALLING NEAR THE BIG  
ISLAND SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
