LOCALLY STRONG TRADE WINDS THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT, WITH A SLIGHT  
WEAKENING EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND. EAST SWELLS FROM A WEAKENING  
TROPICAL CYCLONE FERNANDA ARE FORECAST TO SPREAD ACROSS MOST OF
