A POTENTIALLY POTENT WINTER STORM IS SLATED TO MOVE ACROSS THE  
REGION THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY. WHILE DETAILS ARE  
UNCERTAIN, THIS COULD BE A HIGH IMPACT STORM WITH PERIODS OF RAIN
