MONITOR RIVER FORECASTS FOR EXPECTED STAGES...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE  
LOWER REACHES OF THE UPPER IOWA AND TURKEY RIVERS IN NORTHEAST  
IOWA.  
 
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT. LIGHTNING AND LOCAL  
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE THE MAIN THREATS. IF THE  
HEAVIER RAINS FALL WHERE RIVERS ARE HIGH OR CURRENTLY
