PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW ARE EXPECTED LATER SUNDAY INTO MONDAY...WITH  
ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES. IN ADDITION...GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS  
WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ACROSS  
THE OPEN AREAS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA...AS WELL  
AS ALONG THE RIDGE TOPS NEAR THE MISSISSIPPI. HAZARDOUS TRAVEL IS  
LIKELY SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY...WITH WHITEOUT CONDITIONS
