PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP THROUGH 900 AM THIS MORNING WITH  
VISIBILITY DOWN TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN SPOTS. TRAVEL ROUTES  
WITH DENSE FOG INCLUDE HIGHWAY 2 FROM THE WEST PLAINS TO DAVENPORT  
AND INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN SPRAGUE AND RITZVILLE. FOG IS EXPECTED  
TO LIFT WITH IMPROVING VISIBILITY BY MID MORNING.
