SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON AND NORTH CENTRAL IDAHO. VERY HEAVY RAIN AND  
OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. A SPOTTER  
WEST OF ANATONE REPORTED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN IN 35 MINUTES.  
LOCALIZED PONDING OF WATER OVER ROADWAYS AND LOW LYING AREAS IS  
EXPECTED.
