* PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST OREGON AND SOUTHEAST OREGON, INCLUDING  
THE FOLLOWING AREAS, IN NORTHEAST OREGON, BAKER COUNTY. IN  
SOUTHEAST OREGON, HARNEY COUNTY AND MALHEUR COUNTY.  
 
* UNTIL 3 AM MDT /2 AM PDT/ SATURDAY.  
 
* THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN...UP TO 2 INCHES IN SOME AREAS...  
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. THESE STORMS MAY ALSO BRING  
WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH.  
 
 
* IMPACTS: AREAS MOST PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE SMALL  
CREEKS AND STREAMS IN STEEP TERRAIN, WILDFIRE BURN SCARS, AND  
NORMALLY DRY WASHES. ROCK SLIDES AND DEBRIS/WATER FLOWS OVER  
ROADWAYS ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS. THESE CAN BE DEEP AND  
FAST ENOUGH TO WASH VEHICLES AWAY.
