INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

TODAY AND TONIGHT.  
 
HEAT INDEX VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO RISE INTO THE 100 TO 106 RANGE  
TODAY, GENERALLY ALONG AND WEST OF I-65, DUE TO A COMBINATION OF HOT  
TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY. SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS  
ARE EXPECTED AT TIMES TODAY AS A SURFACE BOUNDARY MOVES SOUTH THROUGH  
THE REGION. STRONG STORMS ARE A POSSIBILITY, WITH DAMAGING WINDS AS  
THE MAIN THREAT.  
 
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL DUE TO STRONG STORMS MOVING REPEATEDLY OVER  
THE SAME AREAS MAY RESULT IN FLOODING.
