AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL  
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.  
   
SYNOPSIS
 
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES IS LOCATED NEAR LAKE ERIE  
EARLY THIS MORNING AND WILL SHIFT TO NEW ENGLAND SUNDAY. HIGH  
PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER HUDSON BAY THIS MORNING WILL EXPAND  
ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH THE WEEKEND THEN SHIFT TO  
THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES MONDAY NIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES  
WILL DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT PLAINS MONDAY AND LIFT TO LAKE
