LIGHT RAIN WAS SPREADING EAST ACROSS SOUTHERN  
INDIANA THIS AFTERNOON AS A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE REGION.  
WINDS WILL REMAIN BREEZY THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY, OUT OF THE  
SOUTHWEST AHEAD OF THE FRONT AND VEERING WEST-NORTHWEST BEHIND THE  
FRONT. CLOUDS WILL GRADUALLY SCATTER OUT THIS EVENING INTO  
TONIGHT. IN FACT, SKIES WILL LIKELY BE MOSTLY CLEAR AROUND SUNRISE  
ON TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING TOWARD THE REGION ON TUESDAY  
WILL KEEP WINDS LIGHTER, GENERALLY OUT OF THE WEST-NORTHWEST  
AROUND 4-7 MPH. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE AROUND 10-12 MPH IN THE  
MORNING, DECREASING TO 5-9 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON. DISPERSION WILL  
BE FAIR ON TUESDAY, WITH MIXING UP TO AROUND 4 KFT. INCREASING  
MOISTURE AROUND 25 KFT SUGGEST HIGH CIRRUS CLOUDS WILL BECOME MORE  
COMMON AS TUESDAY PROGRESSES. SO EXPECT PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES IN THE
