HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP DRY AND MILD CONDITIONS OVER  
THE FORECAST AREA. WARMER WEATHER WILL BE THE RULE FOR TODAY  
THROUGH SATURDAY AS HIGH TEMPERATURES REACH THE UPPER 70S TO  
POSSIBLY 80 DEGREES. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE AREA SATURDAY  
NIGHT INTO SUNDAY, BRINGING CHANCES OF RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS.  
THIS CHANCE FOR RAIN COULD EXTEND INTO THE EARLY PART OF NEXT WEEK.  
COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL SET IN FOR THE BEGINNING OF NEXT WEEK  
WITH HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S. EVEN COOLER WEATHER IS SLATED  
FOR THE MIDDLE TO LATE PART OF THE WEEK. HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY AND  
THURSDAY WILL ONLY BE IN THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S.
