WATER LEVELS HAVE DROPPED BELOW ADVISORY CRITERIA, THUS THE  
ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.  
 
THE PM TIDE CYCLE IS THE HIGHER OF THE TWO ASTRONOMICALLY, BUT  
WATER LEVELS SHOULD BE DECREASING AS WINDS TURN WEST IN  
ASSOCIATION WITH AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. IT IS UNCLEAR HOW  
THIS TIMING WILL RELATE WITH THE INCOMING TIDE. CURRENT FORECAST  
IS ABOVE ALL GUIDANCE SOURCES, BUT HAVE LOW CONFIDENCE IN  
REACHING ANY THRESHOLDS AT THIS TIME. THE DAYSHIFT WILL NEED TO  
INVESTIGATE THIS FURTHER.
