1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF  
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.  
   
SYNOPSIS
 
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL INTRUDE INTO THE AREA FROM A LARGE  
ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM CENTERED OVER THE DEEP SOUTH. THIS  
FEATURE WILL LARGELY REMAIN IN PLACE INTO THE WEEKEND. TO THE NORTH,  
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.50 INCHES WILL TRACK FROM THE SOUTHERN SHORES OF  
HUDSON BAY INTO ONTARIO TODAY. A SECOND LOW WILL THEN ORGANIZE OVER  
THE CANADIAN PRAIRIE PROVINCES LATE THURSDAY AND SWEEP EAST ACROSS  
NORTHERN ONTARIO ON FRIDAY.
