THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...  
NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM ST JOSEPH TO MANISTEE MI...  
 
AT 154 AM EDT...A MARINER IN MUSKEGON SHIFTING WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH  
AN OUTFLOW FROM UPSTREAM THUNDERSTORMS. THE WIND SHIFTED TO THE  
NORTHWEST AND WAS GUSTING 20 TO 30 KNOTS. THE OUTFLOW  
...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS AND WILL TRACK THROUGH HOLLAND AND  
SAUGATUCK BY 200 AM. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED OVER THE MID  
PART OF LAKE MICHIGAN TO THE WEST OF LITTLE AND BIG SABLE POINTS.  
THESE WILL TRACK EAST AND REACH THE POINTS BY 330 AM.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER  
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
