HALF INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS AT LEAST 40 MPH WITH SOME DOWNED TREE  
LIMBS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.  
 
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...  
HART AROUND 800 AM EDT.
