A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE LIFTING NORTHWARD  
BRINGING WITH IT HEAVY RAIN AND SNOW FOR THE REGION. STRONG NORTHEAST  
FLOW WILL DEVELOP OVER WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR, TRANSLATING INTO  
GUSTY AND COOL FLOW DOWNWIND OF THE LAKE ACROSS PORTIONS OF  
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN, THE TWIN PORTS AREA, AND INTO EAST-CENTRAL  
MINNESOTA. RAIN WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON THEN INCREASE IN  
INTENSITY AND COVERAGE FROM SOUTH TO NORTH ACROSS THE REGION.  
SNOW IS EXPECTED FOR AREAS STRETCHING FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO  
THE ARROWHEAD WHILE FAR NORTHWEST MINNESOTA REMAINS DRY.  
 
A PERIOD OF INTENSE SNOWFALL IS POSSIBLE FROM SOUTH WEST TO NORTH  
EAST MINNESOTA EARLY MONDAY MORNING THROUGH NOON. FOR THAT REASON  
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN POSTED. TO THE  
EAST...WISCONSIN WILL SEE MAINLY RAIN WHICH WILL BE HEAVY AT  
TIMES. STAY TUNED FOR THE LATEST UPDATES ON THIS DEVELOPING STORM.  
 
TEMPERATURES WILL DROP TINTO THE LOW TO MIDDLE 30S AND REMAIN IN  
THE MIDDLE 30S THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY. LOOK FOR A WARMING TREND
