TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING  
OVER PARTS OF EASTERN ND AND IN THE SOUTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY  
SOUTH OF I-94. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.  
 
ALSO A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST OUT OF CANADA THIS  
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WINDS MAY GUST UP TO 35 MPH WITH THE COLD  
FRONTAL PASSAGE.
