LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING OVER  
EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. AS SURFACE TEMPERATURES REMAIN BELOW FREEZING,  
UNTREATED ROADWAYS WILL REMAIN SLICK. EXPECT LIGHT SNOW TO INVADE  
FROM THE WEST TODAY. SNOW MAY BRIEFLY CHANGE OVER TO RAIN ALONG AND  
WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER THIS AFTERNOON, AS TEMPERATURES RISE INTO  
THE UPPER 30S ON BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS. HIGH TEMPERATURES ELSEWHERE  
SHOULD REMAIN IN THE LOW TO MID 30S.  
 
TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE 20S TONIGHT AS SCATTERED FLURRIES  
LINGER ACROSS EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA. EXPECT DRY  
CONDITIONS FRIDAY AS TEMPERATURES REBOUND INTO THE 30S TO UPPER 40S.  
THE WARMEST READINGS WILL BE WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER.
