AS THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM CINDY NEARS MEMPHIS TENNESSEE  
OVERNIGHT, ITS MOISTURE WILL SPREAD NORTHWARD ACROSS THE  
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY, AND ACROSS OUR HEARTLAND. AS A RESULT,  
WE'LL SEE RAIN CHANCES INCREASING INTO TOMORROW, WITH SHOWERS AND  
STORMS BECOMING NUMEROUS OVERNIGHT. CINDY THEN MOVES INTO SOUTH  
CENTRAL KENTUCKY FRIDAY, SPREADING THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL ALONG  
OUR SOUTHERN BORDER, ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTHERN KENTUCKY FRIDAY  
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. A COLD FRONT MAKING PASSAGE FRIDAY  
NIGHT SWEEPS IT ALL OUT FOR A DRIER AND COOLER WEEKEND. MUGGY  
HIGHS IN THE 80S AND LOWS IN THE 70S WILL RETURN TO ALMOST SPRING  
LIKE UPPER 70S AND 50S BY THE END OF THE WEEKEND AND INTO EARLY
