SUMMARY GIVES SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINTER SNOWFALL, IN  
ADDITION TO SOME TEMPERATURE AND WIND CHILL INFORMATION. AT SOME  
LOCATIONS, THIS FEBRUARY RANKS AMONG THE FIVE COLDEST OF RECORD.

LOWEST AREA WIND CHILL FEBRUARY 2018:  
29 MILES NORTH OF HINGHAM ON THE MILK RIVER: -68F WITH A
